Exercise!

Exercising at least 3 times a week for over 30 minutes is a great way to not only keep fit, but positive, focused and confident.

Starting the day with a run and some muscle training such as 8 minute abs (search on YouTube!), squats and weights is a great way to begin your day with a positive attitude, and also helps to motivate your healthy eating habits.

Push yourself- you never know how rewarding it may be.
